Since April 2020 he has been a member of the Board of Directors, as an Independent Director, of the company Tas Group S.p.A. He is also a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee as well as of the Risk Control and Related Parties Committee.
From April 2018 to December 2019 he is a management consultant at ALES S.p.A., an in-house company of MiBac, with particular attention to the review of processes in the Procurement and Personnel area.
Since June 2017 he has been a member of the Board of Directors, as an Independent Director, of the company ITWAY S.p.A. He is also a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
From January 2015 to April 2018 he was a member of the Board of Directors, as an Independent Director, of the company Retelit S.p.A. He is also a member of the Risk Control and Related Parties Committee as well as the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
In the past he held the following positions:
• October 2014 - September 2015: Consultant for AICA, the Italian Association for Information Technology and Automatic Calculation, with the role of head of relations with the Public Administration.
• January 2010 - September 2014: Director of the Central South District of Hitachi Data Systems Italia Srl with responsibility for coordinating all the people of the Rome branch (about 30) as well as for the organization and management of sales and pre and post sales support activities.
• December 2007 - December 2009: District Manager in Microsoft Italia Srl with the responsibility of managing both the technical and commercial group that have Poste Group and BNPP as customers.
• October 2002 - November 2007: Head of the Transportation cluster for the IBM Italia SpA Services Area. In this period he managed, also as construction manager, the "Cost detection, management control and strategic control" project implemented at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and based on the reuse of application components as permitted by art. 25 of law 340 of 24.11.2000. Since January 2006, always employed by the company IBM Italia SpA, he is client executive with responsibility for the following group of clients: Transport Area (Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, ANAS, ACI, Port Authorities), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education , Ministry of Economic Development, ICE, ISTAT, ENAV, Vitrociset and Almaviva
• January 2001 - September 2002: Director of the Rome branch of the company Sysdata Italia SpA, belonging to the Datamat group, with responsibility for both the operational and commercial structure operating in all market sectors.
• February 1999 - December 2000: Head in Bull HN Information Systems Italia SpA of the structure engaged in the "Telecommunications" and "Public Administration" markets. Since January 2000, again in Bull, he has also been responsible, as Global Account Manager, for the client Ministry of Finance with the coordination of both the business and groups of people in Europe.
• July 1996 - February 1999: Technical and commercial manager in Hewlett-Packard Italiana SpA, of the Central-Southern Area engaged in the markets: Local Public Administration, Healthcare, University and Research. Since November 1997, always in HP, responsibility of the following clients: Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Finance, SOGEI, Alitalia and Aeroporti di Roma. In particular, he is responsible for two important projects: “Fingerprints” for the Ministry of the Interior and “Accounting and Management Control Project” for Aeroporti di Roma.
• April 1996 - July 1996: Business Development Manager in Infostrada for the group of customers called “Grande Utenza”.
• August 1984 - March 1996: Olivetti SpA From August 1984 to December 1987 in Ivrea with the role, initially, of analyst in the project group dedicated to the development of the "PB" banking system with responsibility, later on, for the support of the environments “File System and Data Dictionary”. From January 1988 to December 1988, again within the Olivetti group, head of the project group which in Olteco (Olivetti Telecomunicazioni) manages the alliance with AT&T for the construction / customization of telephone exchanges. From January 1989 to December 1991, again as an Olivetti employee, in Rome, in charge of the commercial and after-sales support group with reference to the ICS market (Industry, Commerce and Services). In this period I manage important projects for SIP, ACI Informatica and Enel customers. From January 1992 to December 1993 in charge, within the Olivetti Italian Commercial Division, of the technical support and commercial pre-sales group which has ENEL as its only customer. From January 1994 to August 1994 in Olivetti Public Administration (OPA), with the task of coordinating the marketing and commercial development activities aimed at the creation of "Services to the Citizen".
