Regarding the carrying out of the share buy back programme authorized by the Meeting of Shareholders, Itway S.p.A announces that in July 2016, the Company purchased no. 2,388 Itway S.p.A. own shares (equal to 0.03% of the share capital), at an average price of 1.4399 per share, after commissions, for a total counter value of Euro 3,438.31.

As per these purchases, the Company at  31^st July 2016 has a total of  964,547 own shares equal to 12.20% of the share capital.
